The National Investment Board (NIB) was established by the Government of Sierra Leone by an act of Parliament in 2022 to serve as a single platform (One Stop Shop) with the mandate of attracting, promoting, and facilitating all investments and investment activities in Sierra Leone.

The National Investment Board (NIB) of Sierra Leone is dedicated to establishing Sierra Leone as a preferred destination for responsible investments, providing efficient services and support to investors, promoting investment opportunities and attracting sustainable capital flows, and facilitating sustainable development through responsible investment practices.
